To put it simply: feelings like worry, anger, and shame are low vibrations, let's say 20 mHz, while love, fulfillment, and enlightenment are 500 mHz and above. High vibration equals a great life! Every vibration you send out, the universe mirrors back to you. Send out 20 mHz, you'll get more things in your life to worry about. Send out 500 mHz, you'll get more love (or what you desire) back. 🙏
